HONORING OUR ROOTS: ALLYSHIP WORKSHOP
October 9th, Thursday, 10AM - 1PM
Offered in preparation for Indigenous Peoples’ Day, this circle is a way to deepen the integrity of allyship through personal transformation, cultural remembrance, and collective truth-telling. Intentionally designed for white-identified community members who are engaging in the lifelong practice of allyship with BIPOC communities, the gathering will focus on the ancestral healing work needed for allies to step more fully into a responsible and embodied partnership. The Prayers for the Housatonic River gathering follows on Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

NATIVE SEED SAVING: PROPAGATE & PROMOTE

This practice, called seed saving, is an ancient practice and one that has been used to preserve biodiversity and abundance for thousands of years. In this workshop you will learn how to identify when seed is ready for collection, how best to collect, clean and store seed. 20TH ANNUAL GARLIC & HARVEST FESTIVAL: AWESOME ALLIUM
