CLIMATE CHANGE: SUNRISE OR SUNSET?
VIRTUAL
September 26th, Sunday, 3PM
The gulf between what scientists say needs to be done about climate change and the political reality of what is possible seems to widen every day. The lead panelist is the first-ever President Envoy on Climate and former Secretary of State, Secretary John Kerry, to be joined by Bill McKibben, “the Paul Revere of The Climate Crisis,” Katharine Hayhoe, who bridges the gap between faith and science as both an internationally renowned climate scientist and an evangelical Christian, Andrew Zimmern, a multimedia chef and four-time James Beard Award winner and finally, Xiye Bastida, a Mexican-Chilean teenager and sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania who is the face of youth climate change activism in the Americas. $25.
