Spruce Ridge Farm • Spruce Ridge Farm is a working farm where our main focus is raising alpacas for their fiber. We also have cattle, pigs, chickens and other animals on the farm and a store with many products made with the fiber of our alpacas. Visitors are welcome every Saturday or by appointment.

Old Chatham Sheepherding Company • Located in the upper reaches of the Hudson River Valley, Old Chatham Sheepherding Company was founded in 1993 by Tom and Nancy Clark, with 150 East Friesian ewes and now numbers over 1200 ewes. Old Chatham not only produce cheeses, but also sheep’s milk yogurt. Open to visitors. There are no formal tours but you are welcome to roam the farm, barns and milking pallor. Enjoy our Cheese and Yogurt Store!
Chatham Brewing LLC • We brew our beers every week and sell them on Saturdays. You can buy them in growlers, kegs, pony kegs or bubba kegs.
