Trevor Zoo

While Autumn in the Berkshires is fantastic for apple picking and hayrides, for a non-seasonal weekend excursion Trevor Zoo at the Millbrook School is a great family trip.

Open daily, the zoo houses an impressive 180 animals (exotic and indigenous) and overall 80 different species, seven of which are endangered.

Located on over six acres at the independent high school, the zoo was founded by the school's first biology teacher, Frank Trevor, who wanted to expose his love of animals to the area.

Turkey, Hawk, Owl, Rabbit, Otter, Alpaca, Fox, Wallaby, Emu, Lemur, Wolf and Panda are just a few of the animals you will see on your adventure at Trevor Zoo.

The perfect outing for children and parents alike!!!!
