Gourmet Potatoes

For that special dinner with family or friends. If you like potatoes, you will love this recipe. It is easy to make and simply delicious!!!

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
¼ cup margarine or butter
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 ½ cups sour cream
½ cup chopped onions
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions

Cook potatoes in skins. Let cool. Peel and shred coarsely.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter, cheese, and sour cream over low heat. Add onions, salt and pepper.

Fold in shredded potatoes, pour mixture into greased casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons of butter on top of mixture for taste.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serves 6.
